Beryl get’s the RED CARD.
On Wednesday 18th April Beryl had an appointment with Dr. George at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at Kings Lynn at 4.20pm. Dr. George was very pleased with her and said that every thing was all right, all the tests showed everything was as it should be. He stopped one of the tablets, which he said was no longer necessary, but to keep taking the remainder for her blood pressure, cholesterol, and thyroid. He said “I’m giving you the Red Card, I no longer need to see you, go out and enjoy your life.” Obviously we were very pleased to think that after nearly a year Beryl was given the all clear. I must say Beryl has been feeling much better before and since seeing Dr. George and has even been on the bus to Norwich and back, a great boost for her confidence.
