Birthday Celebrations.
Today we had lunch at the Bell at Marlingford with James and Jennie, our Grandchildren Amie and Bethany, and Chris and Lynn, Jennie’s parents. We met at the Bell at 12.15pm as lunch was planned for 12.30pm. After buying my guests a drink we sat at our table for lunch. I was given presents by James and Jennie, a Tripod for my new camara, a Photo Frame from my Grandchildren, and a Stainless Steel Clock from Chris and Lynn. I thankyou all very much, I am really pleased with them all. We all enjoyed lunch, all of us had a roast dinner, either beef , pork , lamb or turkey, with all the trimmings, some had starters while others had a sweet, but needless to say we all enjoyed the meal, and I am sure we will return to the Bell another time. Once we had dinner James took some photo’s, I was especially pleased with the ones he took of me with my Grandchildren Amie and Bethany. I shall treasure them for years to come, and will put them in the frame bought by them when they are printed. We left the Bell and went for a cuppa at James and Jennie’s before returning home around 4.00pm.
