World Cup Final. Italy v France.
It was not the game I had hoped it would be but Italy end up winning the competiton in a penalty shoot-out after extra time saw them drawing 1-1. Zinadene Zidane scored first for France after a disputed penalty after about 12 minutes, with Italy equalising 15 minutes later. The game was not without incident as Zidane was sent off late in extra time for head butting an Italian player. The final score was 5-3 on penalties to Italy.
