Fathers Day.
Today we visited James & Jennie, plus the grandchildren, Amie (who has chicken pox) and Bethany. (a few spots but not confirmed as chicken pox ) for Fathers Day. We were to have enjoyed a Bar-B-Q with them and Jennies Mum and Dad, Lynn and Chris, but as Beryl is still feeling a little weak after her heart scare, we decided not to stay on as Beryl was worried about catching the bug.
It was really nice to see them all, James and Jennie gave me a Fathers Day card, also a DVD of Walk The Line, which I shall enjoy watching later. Thank you very much, sorry we did not stay longer but we enjoyed what time we had with you all.
When we got home Beryl was feeling very tired, so went for a lie down and a sleep which did her good. She is still not feeling at her best today , but hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
