The Money Keeps Rolling In!
An update of our total funds raised so far. The football match between Watton United and Saham Toney, along with the auction after the game when Darren Huckerby’s shirt and a football signed by all the Norwich Players raised over £1500.00. Which was an excellent result for The Motor Neurone Association. Pat, Chris’s wife, attended the game along with Chris’s brother. She was overwhelmed by the response, and just could not believe how generous people have been.
Our overall total should now be around £5000.00 plus. Beryl and I are really pleased that we have helped in raising this money. As monies are still coming in it may be a few weeks before we have the final total. Once all monies are in we will still continue to raise more funds for Motor Neurone as seeing Chris has touched our hearts so much.
REMEMBER 3 PEOPLE EACH AND EVERY DAY DIE OF MOTOR NEURONE DISEASE! A DISEASE WHICH HAS AS YET NO CURE!
