Mothers Day.
Sunday 26th March being Mothers Day, we were invited out to lunch at James’ & Jennies’ & were joined by Chris & Lynn. Lunch was a pasta dish, sandwiches, sausage rolls, crisps & fresh bread. This we all enjoyed, & the ladies all contributed to provide the lunch.
Beryl & I enjoyed the day & especially our time with our Granchildren, Amie & Bethany as it had been a while since we last saw them. We also played a music quiz game provided by James, which gave the adults a bit of fun.
Before we left we enjoyed some trifle & a piece of Birthday cake as Lynn was celebrating her 50th Birthday.
Beryl was pleased with her Mothers Day cards, one from James & Jennie, & one from our Granchildren, Also a lovely boquet of flowers.
A Good time was had by all! Thanks for a super day!
